Melburnian pizza lovers worth their salt will be well acquainted with top-flight pizzeria and mozzarella bar chain DOC. Alongside its pizza offering, DOC will also be serving pasta dishes, including its hugely popular veal and pork lasagne (which also comes in a vegetarian version). I don't mean to harp on about it but the salad's textures are good but the lack of seasoning means that the flavours are too muted.
