It comes from God’s resurrection power alone. Paul is describing this power of God as "the energy of the strength" of the God to whom nothing is impossible. It is interesting that Paul illustrates the might of God by the resurrection of Christ rather than by the Creation. May God, by His Spirit, enlighten the eyes of our understanding so that we can begin to comprehend this mighty working of God's power in us! The secret of Christian joy is to believe what God says in His Word, and act on it.
