: I'd say she's pregnant. Dr. Kelso (with Ted in tow) stops to address her. Not sure about the song's exact title, however. Finally, The Janitor's got J.D. At "I already have a plan", Ted throws his arm around the doctor. Nurse Roberts: Don't you usually wait 'till you get home before you do that? See if you can find one that says, "Crippling arthritis or not, I want you out of my hospital by sun-down so I can knock down your wall and make myself a giant office!" Turk: Love you, too. Elliot: I just have to get changed. J.D. Dr. Kelso: This hospital has always had a co-ed locker room.
J.D. Get the? You know, when one person lives, another dies, and how it always seems to even out... Janitor: Yeah. J.D. The Larkins' Room Turk: Honey? This is a play off of the Scrubs episode, "My Philosophy" in which the Colin Hay song is sung.
Lawyer: Oh, thank God. At the park, Dr. Kelso eats lunch with his friend Maggie Kent.

Mr. Larkin: What the hell is going on? backs away from him, but every step he takes, the Janitor follows.

J.D. Turk: You've had six bran muffins, Ralphie; how is it that you don't have to go yet? J.D.
Dr. Cox: Roseanne, now, granted, I was as usual only halfway listening to you, but I got the sinking feeling you just compared us to a married couple. Lawyer: Sorry. He pulls up the t-shirt.... More blue ink on his chest. Tears well up in J.D. But then you wake up in the hot nurse's office, and when she leans in to put that bandage on your nose, you get a sense that something could actually happen if you just took a chance and buried your face in her knockers.
Dr. Kelso: Laverne, I'm going to pretend you're not wearing that.
Carla: Turk, I'm--I'm gonna miss my flight. Satisfied he's made his point (woo, in more ways than one), he walks away from her. Carla: My Aunt Marie's dead! Turk: Okay. Nurses' Station
laughs and gets up off the couch. Dr. Cox: Mr. Larkin, we need a decision from you, here.
Turk flips the box closed.
I'm not afraid of death.
Ted! Elliot enters. Carla: What are you guys talking about? : What do you think death is like?
Put that in your suggestion box and smoke it! : What's going on? Nurse Roberts attends her.
: We got ya!
The whole room busts into outrageous laughter, except for Mr. Larkin, who is bewildered.
I just wanna know one way or the other, you know? Ahhh, back when I was a resident, I remember blah-blah-blah, nostalgic story. He offers the pen back. The Janitor is leaning on the front desk, trying to write something with an empty pen. Turk comes up behind him. J.D. A strategically filmed nude woman gets an item off the shelf next to her. J.D.
J.D.
Turk sets the ring box on the table. Off to scrub the crappers. J.D.
Elaine: It's fun to annoy him!
Dr. Cox: Holy cow.
