We want Sanral and the Municipality George to immediately implement several mitigation and sound decreasing measurements to bring back piece to our neighborhood and homes in line with our constitutional rights, SABS and environmental laws for residential areas.If sound mitigation measurements are not implemented, we are cutting council tax up to 50% (in noise affected area within Wilderness) and going to file a class action law case against Sanral, the Municipality and the transport ministry. I am at the end of my tether with this place and am willing to do anything to shut them down. At first the factory was small and near the front of their property, now the extensions are a meter from my boundary. People should stand up in their communities to bring down all those people who take advantage playing loud music ln their area.These people don’t care about our elderly people, children,sick people and those of us who are working all they care about is their own interest.Not only is this loud music affecting our health it also attract criminals to your neighborhood and what are the local authorites nothing.
